Q. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

A. Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions: - The item shouldn't have been used in any way - The item should have its original packaging with all the tags, unbroken seal etc. - The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery. To request for a return, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" form. A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible. Customer pays for return shipping.

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

A. Processing for shipping usually takes 1-3 days. Processing for express shipping is same day (if order is placed before 12 pm CST)

Q. WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

A. Keep calm, snap a few pics of the problem (including the packaging) and send them over to us. We’ll get it taken care of. Deep breaths.

 Please ensure that all damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery to facilitate an easy return.

A. Our herbal honey is made from the finest quality honey and herbs. We use Texas Raw Honey and 100% certified organic herbs. No GMO. No pesticides.

Q. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE HONEY?

A. Honey is a non-perishable food item and can last for years, even decades. However, it's recommended that you use within 1-2 years of purchase. It does not need to be refrigerated, but the lid should be kept on when not in use.
